Privacy at a glance
We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, phone number, email address, service ZIP code, property type and size, cleaning preferences, service notes, website-chat questions, complete service address, requested appointment date and time, and acceptance of applicable policies. Square handles payment-card information; EAS does not receive or store your complete card number through this website.
EAS uses submitted information to answer website questions, route unanswered questions to the team, prepare estimates, respond to inquiries, verify property and service details, schedule and perform cleaning, process and confirm payments, communicate about appointments, prevent abuse, resolve service concerns, maintain business records, and improve the booking experience.
When you provide contact information and consent, EAS may call, text, or email about your inquiry, estimate, booking, payment, service, or closely related follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. You may ask EAS to stop nonessential communications, but transactional messages may still be necessary to complete or support a booked service.
EAS may share only the information reasonably needed with companies that support website hosting, data storage, email delivery, payment processing, fraud prevention, scheduling, embedded Google Maps, and business operations. Confirmed appointment details may also be provided to assigned cleaning professionals so they can reach and service the property. EAS does not sell customer contact information.
Secure checkout is provided by Square and is governed by Square’s own privacy and security practices. EAS receives payment status, transaction identifiers, customer contact details provided to checkout, and the amount paid, but not the complete payment-card number.
The website assistant answers from EAS service and FAQ information without using a paid artificial-intelligence service. If you ask the assistant to contact the team, EAS may send your name, chosen contact method, question, current website page, and a reference number to its private Telegram chat. EAS keeps inquiry, estimate, booking, payment-status, consent, and service records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide service, support customers, maintain accounting and operational records, prevent fraud, handle disputes, and meet legal obligations. Records are deleted or de-identified when they are no longer reasonably needed, subject to backup and legal-retention requirements.
EAS uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect customer information. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit alarm codes, lockbox combinations, keys, payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information through a public website form. Arrange access details directly with EAS after booking.
The website uses Google Analytics, an embedded Google Map, and essential browser storage to understand page visits, calls, estimate completion, checkout activity, and website performance. Google services may use cookies or similar identifiers and process device, browser, interaction, and approximate-location information. Campaign details such as UTM parameters, referring page, landing page, and advertising click identifiers may also be stored with an inquiry, estimate, or booking so EAS can measure which marketing produced customer requests. You may ask what contact information EAS maintains about you, request a reasonable correction, or ask EAS to delete information that is not required for an active service, payment record, dispute, fraud-prevention need, accounting obligation, or legal requirement. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.
The website is intended for adults arranging cleaning services and is not directed to children. EAS may update this policy for future use of the website. The effective date below identifies the current version.
