Before you book
A first-visit Deep Cleaning may be required before recurring Standard Cleaning when the home has significant buildup or has not been professionally cleaned recently.
The recurring discount applies to the Standard Cleaning base rate. Add-ons and specialty work are priced separately.
EAS will not automatically charge a card for future visits without separate express authorization through Square.
Frequently asked questions
One-time and every-four-week Standard Cleaning use the regular base price. Every-two-week service saves 5%, and weekly service saves 10%. The discount applies only to the Standard Cleaning square-footage base price; home-detail charges, add-ons, Deep Cleaning, Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning, and reviewed specialty work are not discounted.
EAS aims for continuity and keeps service notes, but a specific cleaner cannot be guaranteed because schedules, illness, and time off can change.
Yes. Contact EAS before the next appointment. Cancellation and rescheduling terms still apply to confirmed visits.
