Before you book
If the home was last professionally cleaned more than 1–2 weeks ago, Deep Cleaning pricing applies to allow more time and detail. If you believe Standard Cleaning is enough, call EAS before booking so we can review the condition with you.
One-time and every-four-week Standard Cleaning use the regular base price. Every-two-week service saves 5%, and weekly service saves 10%. The discount applies only to the Standard Cleaning square-footage base price; home-detail charges, add-ons, Deep Cleaning, Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning, and reviewed specialty work are not discounted.
The base price includes up to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 levels, and 1 standard staircase. Additional rooms or access and optional services are listed separately before payment.

It can be when the home is already maintained and has no significant buildup. Homes not professionally cleaned recently will usually require Deep Cleaning for the first visit.
